Join us for this free 90-minute mediation and mindfulness workshop full of ways to reduce everyday stress and even depression in your life.

Led by a certified meditation instructor, this session will include:
* An examination of the powerful Mind, Body, Breath connection
* Some mindful breathing exercises to calm the mind and find more energy.
* A guided meditation.
* Q&A or Talk about how a daily meditation practice can enable one to find lasting peace and joy, by connecting to one's inner self.
