Event Details

According to the US Department of Health, Physical activity is good for people of all ages. Staying active can help lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and some types of cancer. It will improve your strength and balance so you can prevent injuries and stay independent. It will also help to improve your mood and help you to feel better about yourself along with your ability to think, learn, and make decisions.

Dr. Greg Crossman, Owner of Complete Game Physical Therapy, who specializes in Rehabilitation and Sports Injury, will be our guest speaker on this topic.
