Each month we focus on a different culinary topic and/or cookbook; ask for this month's selection at the main desk.  This month we'll be making lots of salads: choose either Salad Samurai by Terry Romesco or Salads: Beyond the Bowl by Mindy Fox.  Since this is our last meeting until September 29, we will end with a potluck lunch.  Bring a salad from one of the books, or a favorite salad recipe of your own.  Bringing food is optional; please feel free to attend the meeting even if you can't make something.
